Use Madoake from AI agents (MCP)
Madoake supports MCP (Model Context Protocol). Just ask an AI agent such as Claude to check bookings, seminar registrations and form responses, or to create booking pages, seminars, forms and tracking links.
Before you start
- A Madoake company account (14-day free trial. Sign up here)
- A Google or Microsoft account registered as a member of that company
- An AI client that supports MCP (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Cursor, etc. Any MCP-compatible AI works)
How to connect
Madoake follows the MCP standard, so any AI that supports MCP can connect. There are two ways:
- With just the URL (OAuth): enter
https://madoake.com/api/mcpin your AI's settings. A Madoake sign-in page opens; click Allow and you're connected. No key needed. Use this for Claude and ChatGPT. - With an API key: for AI tools without OAuth support, and developer tools such as Claude Code and Cursor, issue a key under AI (MCP) in the dashboard and send it in the
Authorization: Bearerheader.
Authentication uses OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration and PKCE, over Streamable HTTP.
Claude (claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile apps)
In claude.ai, Claude Desktop and the Claude mobile apps, add Madoake as a custom connector to check bookings, seminars and forms and create drafts right from your conversation. No API key is needed. Once connected, it works on every device signed in to the same Claude account.
Claude plans
Available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise. Free accounts can add one custom connector.
How to connect (Free, Pro, Max)
- 1Open Claude and go to “Customize” > “Connectors” from the menu at the lower left.
- 2“+ Add”, then “Add custom connector”.
- 3Enter Madoake as the name and this remote MCP server URL, then click “Continue”.
https://madoake.com/api/mcp - 4You can keep the authentication settings Claude detects. If you change them, choose “Authentication” → “Sign in now” and “OAuth client” → “Register automatically”, then click “Add”. No API key or request headers are needed.
- 5A Madoake sign-in page opens. Sign in with the Google or Microsoft account registered as a member of your Madoake company, choose the company, and click “Allow”.
- 6To use it in a chat, click the “+” button at the lower left → “Connectors” and turn Madoake on. You can switch it on or off for each conversation.
Team and Enterprise
An owner of your Claude organization adds the custom connector in “Organization settings” > “Connectors” (“Add” → Custom → Web, with the same URL as above). Members then go to “Customize” > “Connectors”, find Madoake and click “Connect”, then sign in to Madoake as in step 5. Each person's connection only sees what that person can see in Madoake.
Try asking
- “In Madoake, list this week's bookings with company names and sources.”
- “Show me the registrants for the November seminar, by session.”
- “Create a draft one-hour online seminar on Dec 3 at 14:00.”
- “What should I do if my calendar won't connect in Madoake?” (Claude looks it up in the Madoake help)
Anything Claude creates is saved as an unpublished draft. Review it in the dashboard before publishing. Claude can't delete, cancel, or email your guests.
Troubleshooting and disconnecting
- If new Madoake features don't show up in Claude, “Connectors”, disconnect Madoake in the connectors list and connect it again.
- If your company isn't listed on the sign-in page, make sure you're signed in with the account registered as a member of that company.
- To stop, remove Madoake in Claude under “Customize” > “Connectors” (“Remove”). You can also revoke the connection in the Madoake dashboard under AI (MCP) → Created keys.
ChatGPT
In ChatGPT, add Madoake as a custom MCP server to check bookings, seminars and forms and create drafts from your conversation.
ChatGPT plans
Available in ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu on the web. On Business, a workspace admin or owner adds it. Pro can only read, so it can't create booking pages and the like. It can't be added from the mobile apps.
How to connect
- 1In ChatGPT on the web, open “Plugins”.
- 2“+”, then select “Add custom MCP server”.
- 3Enter Madoake as the name. Under “Connection”, enter this URL:
https://madoake.com/api/mcp - 4Choose OAuth for authentication. No API key is needed.
- 5“I understand and want to continue”, then select “Create as a plugin”.
- 6A Madoake sign-in page opens. Sign in with the account registered as a member of your Madoake company, choose the company, and click “Allow”. You're done when the list of discovered tools appears.
- 7To use it, type @ in the message box and choose Madoake. It applies to that message only, so mention it again for follow-up requests.
Try asking
- “@Madoake list this week's bookings with company names and sources.”
- “@Madoake show me the registrants for the November seminar, by session.”
- “@Madoake create a draft one-hour online seminar on Dec 3 at 14:00.”
ChatGPT may ask you to confirm before it creates something. Anything it creates is an unpublished draft, and it can't delete, cancel or email your guests.
Disconnecting
Delete the ChatGPT connection in the Madoake dashboard under AI (MCP) → Created keys. ChatGPT can no longer use Madoake after that.
Claude Code, Cursor and other AI tools (API key)
Issue an API key under AI (MCP) in the Madoake admin, then copy the settings shown on screen. Example (Claude Code):
claude mcp add --transport http madoake https://madoake.com/api/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer mdk_…"

Limitations and notes
- It can't delete, cancel or email your guests (do these in the admin)
- Booking pages and seminars created by AI are saved as drafts. Review them in the admin before publishing
- The AI only sees what the connected member can see (for example, private items are hidden from other members)
- Each connection can make up to 300 calls per 10 minutes
- All times are in Japan Standard Time (JST, UTC+9)
Disconnect
Delete the key under Issued keys in AI (MCP) in the admin, and that AI can no longer access Madoake (connections made from claude.ai are listed there too).
How your data is handled
The AI receives only what the called tools return. Madoake does not receive the content of your conversations with the AI. See our Privacy Policy for details.
