Privacy Policy

1. Business operator

lanitech LLC (the "Company") handles personal information processed by the booking tool "Madoake" (the "Service") in accordance with this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Information about members of companies using the Service: the name and email address of the Google or Microsoft account used to log in
• Information entered by guests in bookings, seminar registrations and forms: the fields each company sets up, such as name, company name, email address, phone number and answers
• Information about plan payments: the billing company name, address and email address (card numbers are managed by Stripe and are not stored by the Company)
• Information about page views: the source (referring URL and campaign parameters), a visitor identifier stored in a cookie, and a hash value generated from the IP address

3. Purposes of use

• Logging in to the Service and confirming the company you belong to
• Accepting bookings, registrations and responses, sending confirmation emails and reminders, and displaying them in each company's admin
• Registering information with the integrations each company has set up (such as calendars, video conferencing, chat and email marketing)
• Analyzing sources, preventing misuse, improving the Service and responding to inquiries

4. Handling of Google and Microsoft user data

The Service obtains your name and email address to let you log in with a Google account. When integrated with Google Calendar, calendar information is used only to check availability for showing booking slots and to create, update and delete events for bookings.

The use of information received from Google APIs and its transfer to other apps will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. It is not used for advertising or sold.

Logging in with a Microsoft account and integrating with Microsoft 365 calendars also use information only for the same purposes and scope (obtaining your name and email address, checking availability, and creating, updating and deleting events for bookings and seminars and Teams meetings).

5. Provision to third parties

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual's consent. The details of bookings and registrations are provided to the company that received them (the user of the Service).

6. Outsourcing

To operate the Service, we outsource data storage, delivery, email sending and other processing to external providers (Supabase, Vercel, Google, Microsoft, Brevo (email sending) and Stripe (payments)). We require these providers to manage the information securely to the extent necessary.

7. Security measures

We prevent leakage, loss and damage through measures such as encrypted communication, separation of data by company, and access restrictions on the admin.

To support the Service, such as responding to inquiries or investigating issues, the Company's staff may view a company's admin. Viewing is read-only, and no settings or data are changed. The date and time of viewing and the staff member are recorded.

8. Requests for disclosure, correction and deletion

If an individual requests disclosure, correction, suspension of use or deletion of personal information we hold, we will respond after verifying their identity. For the details of bookings and registrations, please also contact the company that received them.
