Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate contract to collect ticket fees?
No. Just register your payout account from the Madoake dashboard. The fee is 3.6% + ¥40 (including card processing), paid by the organizer.
Can I list events on Eventbrite or similar sites?
It's not a Madoake feature, but paired with Claude's browser control (Claude in Chrome), your AI can post to external sites for you.
Can I run in-person and online sessions together?
Yes. Set in-person or online for each date, so one seminar can have both kinds of sessions.
